Céline Dion

Céline Dion, née sous le nom de Marie Claudette Dion est une chanteuse canadienne d’influences diverses allant du pop rock, au classique.
Céline Dion nait le 30 mars 1968 au Québec, et débute dans la chanson en lançant deux premiers albums en 1981.
Celine Dion poursuit ensuite les sorties de ces disques au Québec où elle connaît un succès immédiat.
Céline Dion se fait connaitre et aimé du public français grâce au le titre « D’amour ou d’amitié », sorti en 1983. Cinq années après, elle remporte le concours de l’eurovision où elle représente la Suisse grâce la chanson intitulée « Ne partez pas sans moi « .
Entre 1986 et 1989, Céline Dion change de style musical en préparation d’une carrière internationale. Un premier album anglais, « Unison « , sort en 1990, et lui permet de se faire connaître aux États-Unis et dans le monde.
Céline Dion alterne dès lors entre des sorties d’albums français et anglais. Au total, grâce au succès de ces productions artistiques, il s’écoule plus de 250 millions de disques vendus dans le monde. Céline Dion réussit donc sans mal, pendant les années 90 à s’imposer comme une des chanteuses les plus importantes dans ces deux langues.
Après presque 3 ans de pause, Céline Dion fait son retour en 2002, pour se produire à Las Vegas. Au total, plus 1 000 concerts au Colosseum du Caesars Palace rassembleront plus de  de trois millions de fans, venant des cinq continents et de 138 pays.
Elle se produit lors de 132 spectacles dans 25 pays dans le cadre de sa tournée mondiale en 2008 et 2009.
En 2016, elle se produit à Paris pour neuf concerts complets à l’AccorHotels Arena.
La carrière de Céline Dion est courronnée de multiples récompenses : cinq Grammy Awards, deux Academy Awards, sept American Music Awards, vingt Juno Awards (Canada) et le chiffre incroyable de quarante Felix Awards (Quebec). En 2004 Céline Dion a reçu l’Award de Diamant à la cérémonie des World Music Awards, cette récompense venant confirmer son statut d’artiste féminine ayant le plus vendu de tous les temps. En 2007 elle a été honorée du prix Legend Award aux mêmes World Music Awards en reconnaissance de son succès planétaire et de sa contribution exceptionnelle à l’industrie musicale, et en 2016 on lui a remis le prestigieux « Icon Award » aux Billboard Music Awards.
